Our coverage grows country by country. We publish a country only once its full set of 112 findings is complete — so every country you can read today is the whole field, never a sample. You are paying for what is published today and for every country added while your access lasts — never for a promise of completeness. We would rather tell you the edge of our coverage than imply it has none.

The commitment, stated plainly

What "membership" means — and how to leave

A membership is access to the evidence while you hold it — not a contract you have to escape. Annual memberships (a specialty or the full library) renew once a year so a live decision is never interrupted; you can turn renewal off in one click from your account, keep your access until the paid year ends, and owe nothing further. We send a plain reminder before any renewal charge. Lifetime never renews — there is nothing to cancel. A single report is a one-time purchase, yours to keep.

Refunds

If the reports are not what you needed, write to the editors within 14 days of any membership or lifetime purchase and we refund it in full, no questions asked. Single reports are refundable if the finding was unreadable or mis-delivered. Read the refund policy →

Independence — who pays, and who does not

Epidaurus is independent and reader-funded. No clinic, hospital, agent, or destination pays to appear, to rank higher, or to influence a finding — there is no advertising and no sponsored placement anywhere in our reports. What you are actually paying for

The verdict is free; the evidence is the report. Free, with no account: the score to one decimal, its band word, the editorial reasoning, the sources tally, and a faded real preview. Paid: the full Detailed Analysis, every inline citation resolved to its margin note, the hanging-indent bibliography, and the Medical-Tourism Implications. You are buying the apparatus that lets you check a six-figure decision against its sources — not the number, which we give away to prove a real report stands behind it.

Coverage — what we have and have not published yet

The matrix is 19 countries × 112 factors = 2,128 possible findings; 2128 are published today. A country is published only once its full set of findings is complete, so coverage grows a whole country at a time. Where a finding has not been assessed, we say NOT ASSESSED — never a zero, never a grey, never a guess. A membership includes every finding added during your access at no extra charge; lifetime includes them for good.
